“😃”

“Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!”

“They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.”

“This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.”

“This place not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Really friendly staff and they cleaned our room daily (seems like many places don't these days). Breakfast had hot choices, but wasn't anything spectacular. Wished they had cold water at breakfast and another choice of fruit. Nice quiet property.”

“I have stayed at this property many times in the past and was happy with everything”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Need to have more breakfast items. A coffee machine that works”

“benissimo,ci tornerei volentieri,molto cordiali e disponibili! ottimo”

“Great place to just stay overnight”

“Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel.”

“I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!”

“Great location and friendly staff.”

“Staff was nice cleaned room plan on going back”

“Not bad at all”
