“While this property is only about a year old and looks modern on the surface, our stay was highly disappointing. Despite prominent signs stating the facility is 100% smoke-free and monitored by cameras, the entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, while the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana.Additionally, the room amenities are incredibly misleading. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, but absolutely no cookware, dishes, or utensils are provided. When we...

“Clean, friendly, helpful staff”

“Clean rooms, friendly day staff. The night shift was not as helpful or as courteous as the day shift. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel”

“Bottom of bed covering was dirty, the bathroom door did not close due to out of alignment, wall paper was peeling around the edges on the wall. The laminate floors felt nasty when walking on them. Now the breakfast was good and the main lobby was nice. We might have just ended up with the worst room in the building. On the plus side not one bug or rodent was seen.”

“Great accommodations for pets. I really was pleasantly surprised there was no carpet. It looks and feels much cleaner than most hotels.”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“The toilet seat is broken, the lamp shade needs replacing as it had a lot of stains on it The towels had stains, the desk is falling apart. It’s time for an update”

“No office for check in. Someone in the parking lot said go to the other hotel next door, THEY GAVE ME A SMOKING ROOM! Cigarette burns and holes on the bed cover. The washcloths had brown stains, It was too late to get a different hotel.”

“The surprise “late check in” fee of $20 for checking in after 12 noon that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation and double checked it by phone the day before.”
